How do I transfer everything from my old iPhone to my new one?
Use Quick Start. Turn on your new iPhone, place it next to your old one, follow the on-screen prompts, and make sure both devices stay connected to power and Wi-Fi. Your apps, settings, and messages will transfer over automatically.

Why is my iPhone storage full even though I deleted photos?
Your iPhone keeps deleted photos in the “Recently Deleted” album for 30 days. Open Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted → Select → Delete All. Also check Settings → General → iPhone Storage to see which apps are using the most space.

Why won’t my iPhone charge?
Check the charging port for lint or debris and gently clean it with a toothpick. Try a different cable and power adapter. If you’re using wireless charging, make sure the phone is centered properly on the charger.
